These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and as999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") operating the platform accessible at as999.one. By registering an account, accessing any part of the as999 platform, or placing any wager, you represent that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, as999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if as999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

as999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless as999, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the as999 platform, or your violation of any applicable law.

as999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if:

• The player breaches any provision of these Terms;

In the event of closure for cause, as999 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.
